Taking to social media to share their thoughts, Farida quizzed: “I wonder if Cain’s brother is Chloe s dad?”
Angela shared: “How come this brother [has] never been mentioned before who’s his mum and dad. I bet he’s Chloe’s dad.” (sic)
While Heather asked: “Could this be Chloe’s dad?”
“Would be good twists if he was Chole’s dad n Cain found him in prison n they found it all out there the come out of prison together mind-boggling,” Craig said. (sic)
Other fans were left confused by Cain and Caleb’s family link, with Kat writing: “I was led to believe that Cain’s older brother (who was mentioned once in the nineties but never seen!) Was called Nathan!!! And —- Caleb Dingle was Zak’s brother (Mandy’s Dad), not Cain’s!!!” (sic)
Phil theorised: “So, is this Mandy Dingle’s father, husband of Vera-Lynn Dingle? If so, he has certainly shed a huge number of years. And he looks nothing like Mike Kelly. I am getting so confused about which Dingle’s are related to which and how!! Or is this a different Caleb Dingle?”
Alex went on to say: “Think we need more information here Emmerdale. Is he Zak, Faith or Shadrach’s kid? If he is Cain and Chas’ brother that would mean he’s Faith’s kid?”
