‘Highly intoxicated’ Instagram model admits to drunken rampage at ritzy club

A New Zealand Instagram influencer model has admitted she was behind a drunken rampage at a ritzy Melbourne club three years ago.

According to The Daily Mail, Instagram influencer Hannah Pierson, 30, pleaded guilty to six counts, including charges of assault, public intoxication and resisting an emergency services worker in connection to the drunken rampage.

She appeared via video link from New Zealand, where her attorneys say she is receiving mental health treatment.

The court heard Pierson’s drunken outburst came on May 13, 2018 at Crown Casino’s exclusive Club 23.

The court heard the glamorous party girl was having a boozy night out at Crown Casino’s exclusive Club 23 on May 13, 2018, when the wild incident occurred.

According to the Herald Sun, the influencer model began her drunken rampage after she was kicked out of the club after she became “highly intoxicated.”

Ultimately, Pierson was uncooperative and security had to escort her out. This resulted in Pierson spitting on the attending guards, who attempted to restrain her with no success, authorities said.

Police called to the scene found her passed out in a corridor near the club’s entrance.

She then woke up and became “verbally aggressive” at the responding officers, fighting their attempts to take her to a paramedic for evaluation. Pierson even shoved an officer and caused them to stumble into a window sill.

Police eventually calmed her down and took her to the casino taxi rank where she was released into the “custody” of her friends.

The influencer model was supported by her father in her court appearance for the drunken rampage.

Pierson said his daughter suffers “mood swings” and “always worked” but rarely held down a job for a long period of time.

Nevertheless, the judge ordered Pierson to “return to the jurisdiction” to serve her punishment — however her attorney has claimed she needs to remain in outpatient treatment in New Zealand for the next 18 months.

Ultimately, the magistrate ordered the case to be deferred in order to have Pierson’s legal team write up a forensic psychiatric report outlining why she should not have to return to Melbourne for punishment.

“Your client is on bail and a condition of that bail is she return to the jurisdiction,” Magistrate Bate said.

It is possible the influencer model may be unable to return to Melbourne because she may be the same model who admitted she went on a rampage on a New Zealand flight after they refused her request for wine.

That Hannah Pierson, also an Instagram beauty, reportedly hurled abuse at attendants by yelling “I don’t give a f**k, get me a f**king wine” and threatening to blow up the airplane.

Pierson’s attorney in that case has requested a discharge without conviction, as has Pierson’s attorney for the case in Melbourne. Lawyers have said a conviction would impact her future job prospects.

Pierson is due back for a hearing in Melbourne in August for sentencing.

According to Stuff in New Zealand, her attorney said Wednesday she intends to apply for a discharge without conviction after pleading guilty, meaning she would be without a criminal record despite pleading guilty — which could impact her ability to travel on flights.
