William and Kate are hosting a diplomatic reception as Harry and Meghan prepare to receive an award. The Prince and Princess of Wales accompanies the King and Queen Consort for the annual Bucking Palace reception for members of the Diplomatic Corps.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are meanwhile set to receive the prestigious Robert F Kennedy Human Rights award in the US.
This is in honour of their “unwavering commitment to social change”.
The award gala is taking place in New York.
They yesterday travelled to the city via private jet from their California home.
Hundreds of guests are expected to be greeted at the celebration in London.
This was lest held in December 2019, when it was hosted by Queen Elizabeth II.
The Princess of Wales was seen arriving wearing the Royal Family Order and earrings which belonged to the former monarch.
Camilla donned the sapphire and diamond tiara which was also beloved by Queen Elizabeth with matching necklace

Commenting on the upcoming series, a Buckingham Palace source yesterday told the Times: “We’re steeling ourselves for what’s coming in the slight spirit of tedium.
“It’s a curious-looking form of privacy they’ve sought.”
The couple will this evening receive the Robert F Kennedy Human Rights award, the President of which, Kerry Kennedy, said: “They went to the oldest institution in UK history and told them what they were doing wrong, that they couldn’t have structural racism within the institution; that they could not maintain a misunderstanding about mental health.”
She added: “They knew that if they did this there would be consequences, that they would be ostracised, they would lose their family, their position within this structure, and that people would blame them for it…
“They have done it anyway because they believed they couldn’t live with themselves if they didn’t question this authority.”
