Food recalls are issued when a product is unsafe for customers to use. For example, if an item contains an ingredient not mentioned on the label, it would cause harm to someone with allergies. Over the last week, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose recalled several products, here are all the details.
The best before date is end of March 2024.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has said: “If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to gluten, do not eat it.
“Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.”
Earlier in the week, Pieminister Moolin Rouge Pie Chef Kits were being recalled.
Pieminister, which is sold in Waitrose said the products contain milk which is not mentioned on the label.
The pack size is 240g and the batch code is 21301/196.
The best before date is January 21.
The FSA say: “If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
