The Brazil international is set to begin his domestic four-game suspension, having seen red during his side’s 0-0 draw with Southampton last Sunday.
With Marcel Sabitzer fit again, the Austria international is expected to come into the side and go alongside Fred in the middle of the park.
Then, playing ahead of the pair, will be Bruno Fernandes.
The midfielder has been ever-present this term and, despite his minutes mounting up, is deemed too vital to take out of the team.
