A buyer looking for a property with a modest price tag could be interested in a two-bedroom terraced house in Camborne, which is set to go under the hammer at auction.

With a price tag of just £40,000, the property may attract a lot of interest.

Homes in the area typically sell for £160,000, according to Rightmove, who is advertising the property on its website.

However, before moving into house, the property will require a major clean-up and deep clean.
