Rio Ferdinand raises four Man Utd questions for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer from hospital bed

“These are the questions you think when watching the game.

“Defensively, we look all over the place. Ole, in his mind, he would have thought to himself that he’s going to go back to the two in midfield with McTominay and Fred but I think it shows it doesn’t matter who it is in there, the team structure is not right.

“It doesn’t matter who you put in there, it’s not working so the question is, is the manager giving the players the right information? And if so, are the players not taking on the information?

“That’s what the manager needs to get to the bottom of. That’s what the club need to get to the bottom of because at the moment they look like a team of individuals that are thrown together.”
