Strictly Come Dancing fans furious as elimination result leaks: 'Actually devastated’

Date:

Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left outraged as the elimination results for this weekend’s show were shared online. It was a night of highs for many of the celebrities as the first 40 of the series were awarded. However, despite a night of triumph, viewers were left furious on Sunday morning as the elimination results were shared online before the show airing

Saturday night saw the remaining eight celebrities in the BBC dance competition pull out all the stops for the infamous return of Blackpool week.

With a successful night for many of the dancers, with nobody getting a score below 30, judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke were blown away.

As the scores of all the contestants were extremely close, it was hard for fans to predict which two stars would be in the bottom two on Sunday evening.

However, as the results show is pre-recorded on Saturday night, those sitting in the audience can find out ahead of the public who has left the competition.

The former X-Factor star and her professional partner danced their Couple’s Choice to Destiny’s Child Megamix.

The dancing duo received a standing ovation from the crowd as the presenter Tess Daly told them their performance was “epic”.

When they were getting their feedback from the judges, Shirley Ballas had nothing but praise for the singer.

She said: “It was an iconic routine that will go down in history!
