On Friday’s This Morning, ITV viewers were treated to a Peaky Blinders fashion segment in light of the sixth and final season airing on BBC One. However, viewers were left feeling in hysterics when host Dermot decided to wear a floor-length black coat, styled to look like the Brummy gang leader Tommy Shelby (played by Cillian Murphy).
The ITV channel switched to a segment outside of the studio and as they brought it back to the hosts, the colour of the screen looked slightly off with a hue of grey.
Appearing alongside a fashion expert, who went through some of the show’s most iconic styles, Alison Hammond and Dermot watched on.
Fans on social media shared their thoughts after on Dermot’s new attire as he sported an oversized jacket that covered his entire body while others simply joked about the segment itself.

When offered the jacket by the stylist, Dermot said: “So this is a blazer, waistcoat and suit.
“It’s a couple of hundred quid but it’s a good investment, right?”
Dermot put the jacket on when the clothing specialist went on to remark: “It’s Cheltenham races for this week and he’d look fine in that.”
Alison looked at her co-star and said: “You look good in that.”
The stylist moved on to the shoes and said: “They’re handsome, sort of can-do, [they’re] proper man boots.
“Put the [shoes] with jeans and it would also function.”
