A third British soldier has been captured in Ukraine by Russian proxies and sentenced to death.
A video posted by Russian state-controlled media appeared to show John Harding held captive by Russian forces in the separatist region of Donestk. In the video, Mr Harding appeals to Boris Johnson for help, stating that otherwise, he will face the “death penalty.”
He also sent a message to his daughter, stating that he wished he had spent more time with her.
Mr Harding was reportedly captured while fighting alongside Ukrainian units at Azovstal in May. British nationals Aiden Aslin and Shaun Pinner were also captured in Mariupol and sentenced to death by proxies.
