'Why are we so British!' GB News viewers blast 'stop moaning' as media panics at red alert


“It’s sunny here in Leicestershire, it might not be in Bournemouth, but this is the air, which is really very hot air, coming up from the Sahara and it’s the hottest day we’ve ever had.

“The forecasts have been incredible, up to 17 days ago. What we call the global forecasting system first said we were going to get these very hot temperatures arriving and people didn’t believe them at first.

“All the other models have come in to line so we’ve got a really hot couple of days ahead. Don’t forget it’s only 7.15am the sun is rising and it’s going to get very hot today.”
